I’ve always dreamt of a skincare studio of my own — a haven to support my trusted clients with my customized technique and approach to wellness. I wished for a beautiful sound bath lounge, a closet stocked with the best industry products and tools, a gifting suite where I could sell my personal blends, a filming studio with top-of-the-line production equipment — an esthetician’s dream space!
In 2023, that’s exactly what I opened.
Introducing the Complexions Skincare Studio in West Hollywood, California!
This space is the culmination of my 14 years as a holistic-clinical esthetician, as well as a stepping stone to my next chapter. I’ve always been a teacher at heart, a woman who wants to pay it forward. I’m truly passionate about sharing my knowledge to support other professionals and also clients seeking skincare guidance.
The Complexions Skincare Studio is dedicated to treating, educating, and helping individuals in any way, shape, or form that I can. I am so incredibly thankful for the journey it took to get here. If you have a similar dream, this is a testament that it CAN be your reality!

The design
My environment is everything to me. Any place where I work and live must be filled with colors and textures that impart calm, serene energy. That’s why I was so grateful to have my dear friend and interior designer, Lindsey Catano, bring my vision to life — I am still in awe of how it turned out.
When you first enter the studio, the lounge area greets you with an invitation to exhale and unwind. Everything flows organically, from the shapes to the materials to the earthy tones. My hope is that every guest is instantly transported to a place of tranquility.
The treatments
Each of my treatment offerings is designed to nurture the individual at every level — the skin, mind, and senses. From the Signature 180° Facial to the Complexions Customized Facial, each treatment offers not only physical benefits but also mental and emotional rejuvenation that will continue long after you leave our tranquil oasis.

I’m honored to introduce the studio’s talented estheticians, Rickie Hoppe and Isabelle Haik. Rickie has been a licensed esthetician for the past 14 years and is also Head of Education for the Complexions Community. After struggling with severe acne as a teen, she immersed herself in the skincare world — and ultimately found her calling! Today, Rickie specializes in holistic facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, non-invasive lasers, and body contouring.
Isabelle’s love for esthetics also began as a teenager — when she experienced her very first facial at 17 years old, which for her, was a spiritual awakening. It opened her eyes to what a treatment could become when a professional radiates caring energy. Since then, it’s become her passion to create that same meditative experience for clients at the Complexions Skincare Studio.

As seen on my popular Complexions by Jadé series, this facial leaves clients refreshed, relaxed, and nourished. The treatment features skin analysis, light therapy, gua sha scalp massage, a transformative sound bath, and facial massage to invigorate all the senses.
